M&H Survey Services was started by Keith Millage & Lee Hepburn after both gaining years of expertise in their trades.
Keith learnt his trade from undertaking an electrical engineering apprenticeship. Keith went on to join the National Health Service, and eventually became estates manager at the Birmingham Dental Hospital. Keith was head of estates for 10 years at the Dental Hospital, giving him crucial project management and electrical engineering skills. Following his retirement from the NHS after 40 years of experience with the health service, Keith joined forces with Lee to create M&H Survey Services.
Following completion of his apprenticeship, Lee gained experience working for local companies. Following this, Lee decided to start his own mechanical engineering company, building and growing it over 10 years. Towards the end of the 10 years, due to Lee’s wealth of mechanical knowledge, he was offered a Clerk of Works job 1 day a week. This role gradually grew, and Lee made the decision to down tools and move across full time. After gaining a couple years of experience, Lee and Keith decided to start M&H Survey Services.
